I did think you were underestimating Chums in your pd predictions. In other big news a Crowns win and Olives beating Gladiator throws the relegation race wide open.

I owe my defense big time. And Rodolfo, I am glad I did not sell him as soon as I stopped letting QB decide the side to throw to.

New stats sheet. Some interesting games this week. I managed to beat Bulls via my own stupidity. He correctly predicted which side I would try and pass to but failed to take me setting the wrong orders into account! Belmonte put in a solid performance but Staten was great under pressure from the Bulls nightmare DEs. However the real standouts were the deep backs stopping the Bulls offense from getting any sort of momentum going.

The Nantes offense should have made mince meat of that Crowns defense but they have had issues getting that offense to work in the past. I have questions about how good it is but they are my biggest challenge left and they are in the top 4 club so maybe I am misjudging them. In any case it did not turn up today and Crowns offense did after a few off games for Porta.

Rassmussen continued his habit of throwing interceptions in important games. However in the end not all the Chums receivers could get the same change out of the Gnomes defense and so could not get the required scores when throwing to the right (I am unsure if this was the defense or receivers). This allowed Gnomes to sneak the match and stay relevant in the title race just about.

Olivos new look offense focusing more on Beeman is paying dividends. Terrible game from Gladiator who couldn't turn 3 interceptions into a single score. With Crowns only a game behind (and having Fork Handles to play) it is wide open in the relegation zone.

Hard luck to Nantes who put up a good fight in the semi finals.

I am curious about the difference in league and cup form for them but I hope I don't find out on Saturday!
