My season has fallen apart the last few weeks. Hyena's 30k receiver torched me for 3 TDs in the 1st half, meanwhile my 100k QB had a 1st half completion rate of about 25% to my 100k TE and 85k WR

Down 28-3 at HT and looking likely to be handed my 3rd league loss of the season by the end of play!

I have no idea why my team outperformed yours so badly. On paper your team is certainly better and the very limited available tactical options are probably not the reason. I could kick my players asses, would they only have lost one less game, I would still be in.

The final game of the season between the Nighthawks and Pilgrims just became a little bit more exciting. Winner takes it all, unless Vlaandern performs like it did in the last weeks against the Pilgrims.Last edited on 2016-09-10 at 13:13

Good game mate, you deserved the win

I was without 1 of my starting SFs due to injury which is one of he reasons your 30k WR had such a good game.

Essentially I must win 1 of my last 2 games and then my PD should get me the title. However I can seriously see my team losing both the way they have been playing recently. Vlaanderen look really strong and have been playing really well for weeks in order to beat the drop. Then I face Cam at my home ground, as every game I've lost has been at home I think the advantage will definitely be with the nighthawks in that game.

Funny, we had the same thoughts at the same time (see my edit of the previous post). I wish you all the luck, as your team certainly deserves to be in Div. I.

Thanks mate

Unfortunately for me if I don't make it to TD this season then I probably won't for a while as I think I'll probably sell off a lot of my current starters at the end of the season!

As disappointing as it will be for one of you chaps who misses out, it's a great finish for the neutral.

Where's my popcorn?

It's a game I'll be watching on the last weekend, well that and Botdom vs the Bills, but then again our division may be all wrapped up on Saturday. Shame it looks like currently I won't be joining you guys, although hopefully I'm pretty well placed for next season.

Somehow won today even though my offense and defence were both pretty terrible. This week's result doesn't have much impact on the title race though, as whether we had won or lost today we still have to win next Saturday.

Winner takes all between Pilgrims and Nighthawks next weekend! Good luck Cam

What a great divison. Vlaanderen really gave opponents a hard time the last few weeks and should actually not go down. The title match between the Pilgrims and Nighthawks will be a good match to watch, the loser will stay in Div II.3 and will make it very tough to anyone else to get promoted in season 23.

I feel bad for Vlaanderen after such a spirited fight to avoid the drop though I'm mightily relieved that my loss while chasing BPOS on Saturday didn't impact him.
