Good game squarebear

Was out on a hike so couldn't watch the game live, looks like I pulled back a big deficit to a draw only to concede the winning TD in the final minutes. Looks like you controlled the game throughout and deserved the win though.

Fortune was on my side again as Nighthawks lost to the Hyeanas. I think my luck might be wearing a bit thin though and there's still some tough games ahead. It's going to be an anxious finish to the season!

I agree. With todays win I consider my team having a outside chance again and we will meet each other in week 16. You are also playing the Nighthawks in the final game of the season, that has the potential to be a very interesting finish.

It is also very close at the bottom as Vlaanderen really killed its opponents in the last two weeks. Clash-City and Flanders better watch out, no one else scored even close to 70 points against me this season (Dolphins had 77).

Wow, Phiba. I've won games I had zero expectation of winning (eg today I quite reasonably expected a defeat in the region of 70-35) yet I've lost games I would have bet money on winning.

My receiver caught eight passes at an average of forty yards each. Ridiculous.

I'm looking down rather than up of course but it's fun to compete with the league leaders once in a while.

EDIT: What's going on with Vlaanderan? They've hit a terrifying run of form. Unless their opponents are BPOS building.

Flanders may have done that, I have not. They simply killed my team big time.

I seem to remember our games we're always close in III.8 and we were often 1-1 for the season. That result wasn't completely unexpected for me as you had recently beaten Cam.

Good game

They seem determined to beat the drop and are playing really well at the moment. It'll be interesting to see how Cam's Nighthawks do against them tomorrow. I'm certainly not looking forward to playing them.

In fact after tomorrow's game my fixtures to close out the season look very tough, Hyenas, Vlaanderen and then Nighthawks!

That's a horrible finish to the season, especially as the Hyenas are not out of it

We indeed used to have very competitive games though it feels as though you've shifted into the ascendency recently.

That last result feels life a blip. I was delighted of course though can't claim it was the result of any tactical wizardry as my pre-match gambit was "get out there and let's hope Phiba doesn't run up a cricket score".
