I've shaved 120K off my weekly wage bill but it still feels like I'm carrying half a dozen players who quite simply will never make an impact.

More and more I think the only way I will ever succeed at this game is by snapping up lots of high skill 30 year olds every season.

I don't know. As far as I can see a lot of the top teams don't seem to need to do that. I mean sure they all buy players when they come along but they seem quite happy to sit on a player who will be great but they tend not to cost much in wages while developing.

Well sure. It's nice to build a squad. I'm frustrated at having loads of youth picks who I've nurtured until they're in their mid-twenties and some still aren't ready to play. Why not let others bear the cost?

Trust me I have had plenty of time being grumpy with this game myself.

My point was that buying players in their 30s will merely be a different path to being grumpy in this game. Grumpy is a place I feel most paths in this game lead to .

Dolphins and Hyenas got butchered today. I struggle to figure out why my team performs so unpredictable. Well, I consider my tiny last chance to win this division as officially ended by a humiliting performance of Vlaanderen and coach RIJSEL. It is difficult to see his team potentially dropping to Div. III.
