Spain Bulls vs. Tyresö Royal Crowns
Crowns I think have the edge here. They have pulled some big wins back after a bad start to the season. Game of the week though and I would not be surprised to see it go the other way.

Manchester Pigeon vs.Gladiator
Gladiator though not the biggest of matches.

Pandapocalypse vs. Inverglen Knights
Knights should win here after Pandas going into a minor rebuild. It will be interesting to see how close the Pandas can keep the scoreline to figure out where they will be next season.

Terrassa Red Sharks vs. Vikings Nantes
Sharks though Nantes did pull of a shock last time. Again it will give a good measure of both teams current standard for next season (assuming both sides play full strength).

Traujin's Pros vs. Johnstown Pioneers
Pros. Even with a slightly weaker line up I should be able to beat the rebuilding Pioneers. I will leave in enough firepower for that, plus I have some recent signings that need to build up chemistry but are very solid anyway.

Spain Bulls (2) v Tyresö Royal Crowns (P)
Commentary: A battle between the #1 offense and the #2 defense should make for a great game. The performance of the Crowns' defense will decide this one.
Prediction: Crowns by 21

Manchester Pigeon (P) v Gladiator (P)
Commentary: No intrigue to this one at all; an easy 3rd win for the relegated Gladiator side.
Prediction: Gladiator by 35

Pandapocalypse (3) v Inverglen Knights (4)
Commentary: One game closer to official promotion for the Knights.
Prediction: Knights by 28

Terrassa Red Sharks (R) v Vikings Nantes (7)
Commentary: In the 2nd half of the season TRS have come back to where we expected them to be from the start. Worrying omens for next season.
Prediction: TRS by 21

Traujin's Pros (6) v Johnstown Pioneers (5)
Commentary: As long as the Pros field enough firepower to get some points on the board, this one should only go one way.
Prediction: Pros by 42

Pandas and Nantes keeping their matches competitive.

Bulls edging out Crowns by keeping that offense quiet. Reckon they will need more as Porta will eventually find gaps.

The Pandas have a habit of underpaying themselves.

You have struggled against the top sides but are remarkably consistent in rte banana skin type games which had earned you the division this season.

Haven't finished the stats for the week yet but I suspect they will be even for your match given you were leading right near the end.

The Panda's seem to have found a very good LB, and if anything improved the squad

hope i don't blow up and have to stay here, it looks like being a very tough division next season

- Sharks and Panda's both look excellent,

- your (pro's) just a couple of OL and DL short of fighting for the top

- Crowns are a good darkwing, and can always threaten

- Bulls can beat anyone on their day, and that when they're rebuilding!

- Vikings are in a full rebuild, but can only get better

not to mention those coming up;

Fork Handles are excellent and will compete straight away, the other potentials look like they'd struggle, but this division is really hard and has been for some seasons

if i promote, and i really should, its with a fair share of luck, and a lot of relief

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1n8Lwmw6fPHweHmS7rygcmKyDdZsaESk1NfUfBVZYDvc/edit?usp=sharing

Fact time: Average sacks per match against a QB is 1.1. Average number of sacks versus the Pioneers new QB is 4 per match. Ouch.

With over 530 yards per match the Crowns have the most yards per match but are only 4th in points per match and 5th in TD/pass play. Meanwhile the Bulls have the best yards allowed/game, points allowed per game and TDs allowed/pass play (granted only by 0.01%!)

Sharks and Crowns have been going for the sacks with over a 5th of their pressures/sacks coming from sacks. They want to hit to the QB, not just stop the play.

With regards to winning the league, it is over if you play your first team. Bulls might give you a run for your money but you are still massive favourite and even if you don't win that then you have the match against Gladiators. Too little too late from the Sharks who won't catch up to your PD.

It will be tough next season, Pandas have shown they haven't lost too much, especially with a great match from Wolfgang (a receiver who I have insulted in the past on his few previous appearances). Fork Handles are a great side with UK Unicorns a bit of a wild card given their status as one of Rocky's prodigees. This and whoever comes down from 2nd division means it will be interesting down here.

That was more than a little unexpected. Should hopefully mean we're at least competitive next season still.

Gladiator vs.Pandapocalypse
Easy one for the Pandas who have adjusted well for their departed players (worryingly so from my point of view).

Vikings Nantes vs.Traujin's Pros
Don't feel that the squad I am putting out is strong enough for this one. Plus remember that Nantes beat me 9 weeks ago. I have a chance at this one but I put Nantes as favourite.

Spain Bulls vs.Inverglen Knights
Should be a Knights win but they seem to be getting a few jitters close to the line. Bulls are just off a strong win against the Crowns as well. Even a loss shouldn't stop the Knights getting promotion with their dominant points difference and Gladiator in the last round but I am sure cooper would take the win after the match against me go to overtime and losing in overtime to the Pandas.

Johnstown Pioneers vs.Manchester Pigeon
Pioneers

Tyresö Royal Crowns vs.Terrassa Red Sharks
Sharks lost this one on a bot defense last time. While the Crowns have pulled a few surprises I have to say Sharks are favourite to win and keep the Knights honest for the last match.

I am happy with that win. Bodes well for next season given the weaker players in my offensive line and deep backs.

Knights cruise to victory. All they need to secure the title is to not go bot next week.

Pioneers do go for the day bot however to give the Pigeons a big win.

Crowns kept the Sharks close for a long time given that they played a reserve qb.
