On your Home Page find "News: NT Applications (08.03.2024)" in the middle of the page in the left.
This will be changed somewhere in the middle of next season and the new voting for HC will begin.
When you see the new entry, click on your national team logo and click Apply for the NT.
After 1 week, the voting will begin and your countrymen have to vote for you (even you can vote for yourself) to become the new HC of the NT.
