You win your league you go up, if your in the bottom 3 you go do.

Example: If you win league V.69 you will be promoted into league IV.23, if you go on to win that league you get promoted to III.8 and then II.3 then top division.

If you place in the bottom 3 its random where you end up.

Example: I started in V60 ^ IV20 ^ III7 v IV13 ^ III5 v IV2 ^ III1 v IV23 ^ III8 ^ II3 ^ TD v II1 v III3 ^ II1
