If you go to Community -> GI TOP 100 -> Balkan region, you will see that you are the only bulgarian manager in the game.
If you need to find good players click on "Top Earners" and find some of the best bulgarian players from other teams or BOOT teams.

Do u have some advice to give me please? Now i check every league and team in the game for Bulgarian players but for now these i found is already in national squad

If you already checked in the balkan region for boot bulgarian teams, then the only thing to do is exactly what you said. Check every team from every region for bulgarian players, even boot teams. Perhaps you will be lucky and find other good players.
Also keep in mind that a player with a salary over 100.000$ is not better than one with 85.000$ or even lower. You have to consider all skills in the equation.
