I'm in agreement with MrRich here. Nightmare have a lot of difficult games on the road coming up, and they could easily end the season 13-5.

Obviously it's your call, I don't know your financial status and what-not, but I've seen a lot of teams go into hard rebuild mode lately - in my opinion prematurely. Some advice on running a strong team while on a low budget is here: https://www.grid-iron.org/community/viewt/21378Last edited on 2018-02-03 at 9:54

It’s interesting that you both seem much less sure of Nightmare’s supremacy than me.

My financial situation is manageable. There’s always that fear of overspending in an ultimately doomed attempt to make TD.

I will hang onto the crocks for one more week, and pray Catford (who look in menacing form) keep the leadership race open.

I will need mor than just a few lucky rolls in order to beat Catford on their turf

Well you got it, everything to lose now for you.

I still don't think this is over. Although you do have a 35 point advantage now over me, you still need to beat Falcons and Gulls away and Mordor at home. Gulls still in it with me, Shankers now looking unlikely as they would need you to lose three of those games and take a thumping in points. It's possible, but I'd now say unlikely.

I am far from being through. The victory against you came as a surprise.

Don t count on me to upset any of you guys. Im only fighting to keep out of the bottom three. So far this season I haven t been able to play my first team all together. I have had a first team player injured every single week since the beginning of the season, that must be some kind of records??

That is certainly bad luck. I have had very few injury problems.

Having said that I’ve recently cut two QBs. Now I only have one. If he gets injured I have real problems.

Catford shedding starters. Looks like this season’s race is run.

One starter. Read into that what you will.

Ah ok. There were a couple of high-earners who departed in Jan too.

Finishing second is sadly undervalued in this game.
