So, who will we get from II???? There are some horrifying prospects, mainly Venice Dolphins.

From IV though, mixed bag. Earlswood Dolphins, don't really look a threat, low wages and mixed BPOS.
Red Star Goats, bot 18-0? WTF???
Olimpic de Jugons - Probably the best team promoting into the division but again a mixed bag.

Predictions for Season 24, possibly a little early but Mordor will probably come in as favourite, barring anyone else who comes down into the division, with my team (Catford) and Dragon once again in the mix for promotion.

I wasn't really hoping for any division in particular. If I had been though, this probably wouldn't have been the one!
