I think it is looking quite even up the top. Even, and strong.

I know it hasn't been totally relevant in my games so far, but I would like my kicker to at least manage to score a Field Goal at some point. I feel like I am going to have a genuine Blair Walsh moment at some point in this game!!

I have a ticket for the Redskins v Bengals match at Wembley tomorrow. I am really looking forward to it - my first ever live competitive NFL game and I can't wait.

I have always been a Vikings fan, but the Bengals are my favourite AFC team so I snapped up the chance to go to see them as soon as I saw they were coming this year.

Thanks ! I thought it would be easier, I didn't look past your record before my team struggled in the 1st quarter.

Every of your league games (including today) were closest than I would have expected, and your schedule wasn't easy (3 teams with a winning record last year in the div. and a good Shilbottle Colliers team)

The division will be very tough this year !(even tougher if Zuhl didn't give up on GI )

A close game between Colts and Steelers and we now have a clear leader at the top. Well played, Cowboys.

I haven't worked it out yet, but I noticed that although my QB completion stats in games tend to be similar to my opponent I only seem to achieve half the 'yards per attempt'. It is probably down to skill levels. I had the good fortune to fly through the last two seasons and my team is still quite young and fresh and needs training time to improve now. They are still not maxed out in BPOS from when I moved them around into proper positions two seasons ago!!

Seems to be missed tackles which would be skill levels mostly. If you feel your team are improving then a lot of it will just be waiting till you feel your team can compete.

I think so too. I am committed to the fact that I am most likely to be going back down to Div 4 at the end of the season and another season's worth of training should help enormously. I have had a fitness hall for a season now, which that has made a big difference already, and just recently built a training hall and started training skills up. I reckon two seasons worth of skill training should do the trick, or at least get me on the right track.

Hopefully I can bounce straight back up again.

Woohoo, I moved up a place, into 8th. Only as a result of points difference, but I'll take that!

A couple of close games this week has shaken up the mid-table a bit, while Vlaanderen continue to snap at the heels of the Cowboys.

Glory for another week Nice win to take pole position again.

Some interesting results this week, including our tense low-scoring affair at the bottom.
