After four years of high school, and a mad dash to relearn everything from the last two in the space of a month, I just took my final exam. Though I've rarely been online this past year, I wanted to share this with the folks here who keep GI fun. This game has been a much-needed distraction from the daily grind of schoolwork.

Now, after a long summer vacation, I'm off to university. Plus ça change...

Solid effort. Did you get into whichever US one you wanted, Michigan I think it was, or are you heading to the UK?

In the end, I decided to attend the University of Chicago. The brand-new Institute of Politics has been doing some really interesting work, recent visitors include Chicago alumnus Bernie Sanders and a former professor at Chicago's law school who now calls 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue home, and the local political scene is (in)famous. The real-world experiences available to students through the IOP were too much to pass up.

Good luck. Absolutely loved my time as an undergrad. Make sure you make the most of what they offer.

Congratulations!! Let me share with you a quote from one of my college professors. He said "I had a good time my first semester. I had such a good time that the Dean wrote me a letter suggesting I take a year off. I hope none of you ever get that letter."
