I'd be more concerned with the 83k/week OL... (as well as the other things/people mentioned).
Assuming you're asking because you're in financial troubles, based on how screwed your team are for the next few seasons (or more) in terms of fitness, I'd just jack it in now and start again rather than trying to fix it. Your call, obviously, but it's going to take way too long to recover than it'd be worth to save a 3 month old div 5 team
Is there any way to repair your teams finances outside of the realms of the game i.e. paying for the team to become solvent?
Accepted wisdom round here seems to be that it's easier to bankrupt a team and start again than it is to repair the problems. To be honest though I reckon you'd be fine if you fire all 6 of your players who earn over $10,000/week and sell that expensive DL you bought. After that work on VIP and Exec seats in your stadium and set your training intensity to average.

It would be worth trying a salvage job if it was salvageable, but I'd say this is beyond repair. Go bankrupt, learn from the mistakes made (and we've all made them), and as stated earlier, ask for a mentor to guide.
