When looking at players I think we have 2 main options. One is to say we only want 4.5star+ talent, bpos, 18 consistency and 15+ etc in the main skills

Or the other way to do it is to just try to get as many players as we can who are above 3.5bpos, 15 consistency, and 10+ in each of the skills so whoever is chosen as NT coach can have a bigger pool of players to look at and then take it from there.

Ditto, dont want to set the bar too high.

3.5*
min 16 Int
min 15 Con
min 10 skills
Physicals I believe will vary dependent on position but I think stamina should be 8 min.

Once you got a pool of player meeting these requirements you can then trim off more and pick the best and a back up or 2.
