Welcome to a new season!!!

Would it be fair to say that the Div II leagues in our region are tougher than most of the Top Divs in other regions. I feel like I am going into to be playing against teams who are in the top 100 overall.

Is that too much of a leap or a fair shout?

I am simply asking if being a Div II team in Atlantic and Scandinavian Europe is the equivalent of a global top 100 team given the weakness of other regions?

The deepest regions are going to offer the best teams from top to bottom, that is just based on a combination of the law of averages and number of teams interested in sticking around to build up their teams. Probably those two and NA are the top 3 in any particular order, then Eastern Europe, Balkans and Australia after that. From the 3 top regions, there are some very good div II teams that are likely in the top 20-40 teams in the entire game. So to answer your question, some of the teams from Atlantic and Scandinavian Europe are certainly top 100 teams
