When will it raise again?

And one more thing i thought about. If you play a league matches, friendly match and you still play in the cup... Your players are going to get killed as it seems now???

I suppose by training on average, low or very low intensity.

I've got a couple of questions about Fit % myself.
Playing a game obviously lowers a player's fit%.
Training can affect Fit% in both ways.

Is there any other way fit% gets higher?
Players recover from games, irl, so shouln't they gain fitness after a couple of days. If this happens, when (what update) during the week happens this ?

Second, players irl who play a lot of games will have a lower training regime then upcoming talents or backup players.
Since players who play regularly in grid iron will have lower fit% then our backup players, wouldn't it be swell to have an option to let different players train at different intensity.

The only thing that effects fitness is training. It's not very realistic but it's simple and it works

If FIT% only goes up by training very low or low... I predict a lot of frustrated people

Just a couple of comments...
- People will only be able to play their best players in soo many games a season.
- Since there is no penalty for playing same players in offensive/defensive lineup...people who were blessed with players who can play in both lineups will do soo as much as possible....which can't be the meaning.
- Biggest problem (in my eyes) first string players will lose fitness, and will demand a low training schedule, while backup players and young talents who will have a high fitness (since they won't play much) will demand a training schedule which will be high.
Maybe an option where you can set training intensity for each player seperately (seems logic) would be the solution.
Or just give each player a couple of fitness points during an update throughout the week.

The point of such training is to introduce a bit of strategy in the training itself. If you chose to train your players hard you'll need to (sooner or later) train them on low intensity.

I see what you're trying to do, but still I ain't sure you're handling this one right.

Most of my players who played in friendly game lost 5-6% fitness.
So players who play a single game in a week need to be trained on VERY LOW training just to MAINTAIN their fitness. (at least if +5 to +6 fitness points equals +5% to +6% in fitness)

So in 1 or 2 weeks every manager will be forced to train on very low intensity to let the players MAINTAIN their fitness levels.
After 5 (?) weeks or so in the season the cup starts and we have 2 games a week...see where I'm heading?

Then at least some players will have to play twice a week (I can't see anyone owning 46 players by then) and even training on very low intensity won't even help to maintain fitness!!!

Players will just drop in fitness untill they re 0%.

Either you will have to lower the fitness % lost during a game or you'll have to add some fitness% during a weekly update.

P.S.: And I didn't even take friendlies into account...

I think I didn't make the situation clear. The only thing affecting fitness is training. Games have absolutely nothing to do with it.

True!
I trained on average, and my players still have 100% fitness, although I played a friendly...
